A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. The Defendant, who is the director of the Office of D Religious Organizations in Gangwon-do, had the mind that he raised complaints about the failure of the D Religious Organizations to conduct a public inspection (undesignated inspection) and fire the E inspection.
