A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 12, 2012, at around 01:35, the Defendant expressed the victim’s desire at the “E” convenience store operated by Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 1st floor victim D (the age of 45) in Seongdong-gu, with the intent of “E,” and, by force, was notified of a summary order of KRW 700,000 from the Seoul Eastern District Court on October 19, 2012, with regard to the criminal facts that interfered with the victim’s business by taking advantage of the victim’s shoulder, such as “to throw away fright,” and pushing the victim’s shoulder by hand, etc., he was aware of the victim’s unfavorable statement and was frightened to the victim.

1. On November 30, 2012, the Defendant found the convenience store above “E” around 01:05, and expressed the victim’s attitude that “The Defendant was punished by reporting Nea by reporting Neab,” and that “I wish to leave as much as the amount of agreement was received by Neab, and if so, I wish to do so. To do so, I end. We need to look at the victim’s and his/her family members.” The Defendant expressed the victim’s attitude that “I will go away from weather by taking away the four family members.”

As above, the Defendant threatened the victim for the purpose of retaliation.

2. At around 01:20 on December 23, 2012, the Defendant found the convenience store above, and expressed the victim’s attitude that “I will pay back to the part of the Defendant and the family members with the white and full payment of the amount that was punished by the Defendant’s filing of the instant “E” and “I will pay back to the part of the Defendant. I will not pay money. I will go back to the part of the Defendant. I will am back to the four family members without paying money. I will am back to the part of the Defendant. I will am back. I will am back the me. I will am back. I will am back the victim’s life or body. I will am back to the part of the Defendant and family members.” I expressed the attitude that I would like to inflict any harm on the victim’s life or body.

As above, the Defendant threatened the victim for the purpose of retaliation.

3. Around 01:20 on March 31, 2013, the Defendant found the convenience store above “E” to the victim, and the Defendant made a four-way report to the victim.
