A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
The amount of KRW 975,320 shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
The above additional collection shall be reasonable.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. Purchasing philophones;
A. On July 28, 2012, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.09g of philopon from E from a passenger car to KRW 530,000.
B. On August 6, 2012, at around 21:40, the Defendant bought approximately 0.09g 40,000 filphone from E from a passenger car to E, which was parked on a road near Pyeongtaek-si F Station.
2. Medication of phiphones.
A. On July 28, 2012, the Defendant: (a) translating 0.03g of a philopon purchased as specified in the foregoing paragraph 1(a) on a road adjacent to the D stations located in Seoyang-si, Namyang-si; (b) executed one-time medication with a single-use injection device to the right part of the flopon.
B. On August 6, 2012, at around 21:40, the Defendant: (a) driven by E parked on a road adjacent to Pyeongtaek-si F Station; (b) dumped 0.03g of philophones purchased from a car as specified in the foregoing 1-B with fresh water; and (c) administered one-time medication with a single-use injection device to the right part of the motor vehicle.
3. Smoking marijuana;
A. On November 10, 2012, around 20:30 on November 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) planned a car driven by E parked in front of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G Building; (b) deducted tobacco dust from tobacco; and (c) injected it by inserting a fire into marijuana; and (d) Smoking it by inserting it into the smoke.
B. On December 21, 2012, around 00: (a) around December 21, 2012, the Defendant moved in a car driven by E parked in front of the Buddhist building located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, (b) deducted tobacco dust from tobacco, and (c) smoked in a way of melting it by inserting a fire with a smoke attached thereto.
4. On January 1, 2013, the Defendant received marijuana: (a) delivered, without compensation, 10.58g of marijuana to E on the front side of the entrance entrance of Namyang-si, 102, Namyang-si; and (b) received it.
