A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 2012, the Defendant received, without compensation, approximately 1.5 g of marijuana, which is stored in D’s newspaper within E E E-cub car operated by D, which is located in the vicinity of D’s main points located in C, Jungjin-si, 2012, and accepted it.

2. On October 2012, the Defendant smoked marijuana in collusion with H in a manner of smoking, in collusion with H, by deducting tobacco dust from the tobacco in the INF car operated by H, which is located near the G parking lot located near the G parking lot located in the Sinjin-si, 2012, by inserting approximately 0.5g of marijuana, and dividing it into 0.5g of marijuana.
