A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 17, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Narcotics Control Act (competence) in this court on October 17, 2013 and completed the execution of punishment on January 10, 2014.

1. Metecopic medication (hereinafter referred to as "copon");

A. On December 24, 2015, the Defendant, at the guest room located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, put approximately 0.07 grams in a single-use injection machine, melting water into the Defendant’s arms, and administered them in a way of injection into the Defendant’s arms.

B. On January 3, 2016, the Defendant, at the home of the Defendant, No. 815 of Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu building E, put approximately 0.07 grams in a single-use injection machine, melting water into the Defendant’s arms, and administered them by means of injection into the Defendant’s arms.

2. Sale and purchase of phiphones;

A. On January 3, 2016, the Defendant traded phiphones by delivering KRW 150,000 from EXA car, which was parked on the road near “Gel” located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and selling approximately 0.21g of phiphones contained in H in a one-time injection machine.

B. On January 3, 2016, at around 23:30, the Defendant purchased and sold phiphones by using 100,000 won or more of philophones contained in the part-time injection machine, which was parked on the J road located in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu I, and received 100,000 won from K.

3. Receipt, delivery, and possession of penphones or marijuana;

A. On January 3, 2016, the Defendant received marijuana from the X-ray car parked on the road in front of the M Station L in the Guluri City, and from N in a way that 0.5g of marijuana is cut off to N free of charge.

B. On January 4, 2016, the Defendant received philophones and marijuana from the X-ray car parked on the P road located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, from Q, approximately 0.35g oponon, and approximately 0.5g oponon to Q free of charge.

On January 4, 2016, around 18:15, the Defendant:302 of the “Del” located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Gangseo-gu, Seoul; approximately 2.15 grams of philophonephones contained in the Defendant’s scoper’s plastic scopon paper; and approximately 1. marijuana.
