A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Trading and medication of phiphones;

A. On October 18, 2012, around 22:00 on October 18, 2012, the Defendant: (a) 0.5g of the Defendant’s G bomb car parked on the road near the EF Station located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and (b) 2.5% of the Defendant’s G bomb car, psychotropic drugs, from H, and given H 2.5g of the psychotropic drugs.

As above, the Defendant traded philophones.

B. At around 19:00 on October 19, 2012, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s residence of 108 Dong 503, Dong 108, Dong 103, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, in a single-use diversary diversary diversary diversary diversary diversing water, diversd the water, and administered the water for their arms

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. At around 19:00 on February 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) placed the foregoing passenger car parked near the FF Station; (b) placed approximately 0.5gg of hemp seed coats in a tobacco dog, carried by a sacrife; and (c) smoked by attaching a fire by a steel pipe.

B. Around 15:00 on March 16, 2013, the Defendant: (a) parked in the apartment parking lot of the above Defendant’s apartment; and (b) smoked in the above manner the amount equivalent to 0.5g of hemp seed coats in the said car.

C. On January 2013, 2013, the Defendant possessed the hemp plant seeds and marijuana seeds, which were acquired by the circumstances, for the purpose of smoking on the road located in the Shodong-dong, from around 321.9g to around 11:20 on March 25, 2013, by keeping them in the Defendant’s vehicle in custody.
