1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. On April 3, 1916, G was assessed on 3rd five parts of H forest in Yeong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun (which was later subdivided into each land, etc. listed in the separate sheet 3 and 4).

On the other hand, the title of the owner in the forestry register was transferred on October 17, 1932 to the state on April 5, 1916, while the title of the owner in the forest register was changed to the name of J on October 17, 1932.

B. G died on April 17, 1929, and G died on July 5, 1968, GJ, the South-North of Korea, and the South-North of J, K.

C. On February 27, 1971, Defendant D, E, and K completed each registration of preservation of ownership pursuant to the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Forest Land (Act No. 211 of May 21, 1969, Act No. 2111 of May 21, 1969, Act No. 211 of May 21, 196, Act No. 2111 of May 21, 196) with respect to 1/3 shares out of 1/3 shares out of 1/3 shares out of 1/3 shares out of 1/3 forest in the 3rd forest in Yeong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun divided into 3rd forest in H-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun. D.

On March 29, 1985, K died. On January 11, 1993, the Plaintiffs, the inheritors of K, completed the registration of ownership transfer for each of 3/24 shares of the Plaintiff A (former names: L) and C, and for each of 3/24 shares of 2/24 shares in each of 1/3 shares in each of 1/3 shares in each of 1/3 shares of the land listed in the separate sheet Nos. 3 and 4 divided into 3/3 parts of H forest and 3 parts of H forest and 1/5 of Y, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, the separate sheet No. 3 and 1/5 of the separate sheet Nos. 1 and 1/3 divided into 1/5 of Y I forest and 5.

E. Defendant Francing that Defendant D, E, and the Plaintiffs were the Daejeon District Court Decision 2015Kadan41319, which held that Defendant D, E, and K had title trust with each land indicated in the separate sheet on February 27, 1971, and that Defendant D, E, and K had terminated the title trust thereafter, Defendant Francing that Defendant D, E, and K’s heir filed a lawsuit for the registration of ownership transfer with respect to each ownership share among each land listed in the separate sheet.
