A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the head of Busan Ship B (1,014 tons, deep-sea fishing vessels) and the victim C(20 years of age) was a person who worked as a practice engineer of the above vessel.

1. The defendant, a indecent act by compulsion,

A. On July 22, 2019, at around 07:30, the victim’s sexual organ at the B room operating in the high seas of the Pacific Republic of Korea, which forced the victim to commit an indecent act by force, by holding the victim’s sexual organ at his/her hand, unfolded with the engine’s steering gear at the B room operating in the high seas of the Republic of Korea;

B. On the 30th of the same month, at around 19:00, the victim shower in the shower room of the above vessel called "I am bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit," the victim said that "I am me only when I am good," and the victim said that "I am good at the time I am me me me me me me me me us by hand, and commits indecent act against the victim by force

(c) The same year;

8. 15:00 on October 15:10, the victim she sits in a shock wave at the bed room of the above vessel and she was sitting next to the victim, saying, “I am soon every hour?” and by hand, I am the victim’s head and forced her head toward the Defendant’s sexual flag; and

(d)on the 12th day of the same month, at around 13:00, commits an indecent act by force against the victim’s sexual organ set aside in the above vessel’s control room by hand on several occasions;

(e)on the 20th 20th 18:00 of the same month, while walking the corridor of the above vessel's room, commits an indecent act by force against the victim by holding the victim's sexual organ several times by hand;

(f) the same year;

9. At around 19:00, the victim was forced to commit an indecent act by inserting two grandchildren to the inside of the victim who was on duty on the aft deck of the above vessel.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim at least six occasions as above.

2. On September 12, 2019, around 15:00 on September 12, 2019, the injured Defendant committed a foreign seafarer in the control room of the above vessel and engine room, one time by a cigarette with the victim’s left part of the hand on the ground that the victim did not find a foreign seafarer and only left the victim.
