Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

Where the above fine is not paid, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is in the third-year course of Busan University F and is in the same academic motive as victim G (22 tax, south) and victim H (22 tax, south).

1. On July 18, 2016, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the said victim by inserting her hand into the victim G and her panty ties, i.e., 'J' pent, i.e., a large amount of drinking with her motives and MT travel, drinking with her he/she was under the influence of alcohol and drinking with her panty travel. A person who she was forced to her her hand, her her her hand, and her her her her her her her hand, thereby committing an indecent act by force, by forcing the said victim to do so.

2. On August 2016, the Defendant forced the said victim to commit an indecent act by inserting hands in the panty panty of the said victim, who was divingd in the studio of the victim G of the 903 Sim-gu, Sim-gu, Busan, Sim-gu, Busan, by inserting hands on the end of August 2016.

3. On October 26, 2016, the Defendant forced the said victim to commit an indecent act by inserting hand into the panty panty of the victim G, who was divingd within the 205 territory of the Geum-gu L Building of Busan on October 26, 2016.

4. On November 2, 2016, the Defendant, around 04:00, committed an indecent act by force against the said victim by inserting grandchildren into the part of the victim G, which was locked in the 205 studio of the Busan Geum-gu L Building No. 205, and by committing an indecent act by force on the part of the victim G.

5. At around 01:30 on June 27, 2016, the Defendant: (a) reported that, within the scope of 205, the Defendant was unable to live in a dormitory for the school period, the victim H who lives in the Defendant’s room was divingd by getting back from the beds; (b) brought the said victim’s losses on the top of the body of the said victim; (c) brought the said victim into the said victim; (d) put him/her in the levia; and (e) put him/her in the levia in the levia part of the said victim’s levia; and (e) forced the said victim to commit an indecent act.
