Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From March 2, 2017 to July 10, 2017, the Defendant, as a bus engineer C, was serving as a driver of the school bus (F) bus (F) of E elementary school located in Jin-si from March 2, 2017 to July 10, 2017, and committed an indecent act by reporting elementary school students boarding the bus for the purpose of attending and leaving the school.
