A Imprisonment for six months, Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of three million won, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A and Defendant C are married, and Defendant B is between them.

1. Defendant A

A. A. On April 13, 2019, the Defendant driven F 125C obaba in a section of about 300 meters from the front side of the Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Sungnam-gu to the front road of Sungnam-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.176% of the blood alcohol concentration on April 13, 2019.

B.
