A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 11, 2020, the Defendant: (a) requested the victim C in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, for an additional amount of 1 40 minutes of disturbance, such as “D” entertainment points operated by the victim C, which had been placed in Sungnam-si; (b) however, the Defendant refused this request, and (c) caused the victim to take a heavy bath by keeping him/her away, and (d) caused the Defendant to avoid disturbance for about 40 minutes of disturbance, such as continuing to put him/her a bath and displaying his/her arms with a cell phone.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the principal operation of the victim by force.

2. Interference with performing public duties;

A. A. On August 11, 2020, the Defendant obstructed the performance of official duties in the patrol vehicle, at the above place on August 22, 2020, and around 112 reported as described in paragraph (1), and committed a dangerous act, such as wearing arms, without leaving the seat, even though he was dispatched to the site, and was arrested as a result of interference with the performance of duties, and led the Defendant to go on the back seat of the patrol vehicle, and committed assault, such as taking a hack F’s knife F’s knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife F.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the prevention, suppression and investigation of police officers' crimes.

B. On August 11, 2020, the Defendant obstructed the performance of official duties at the police station office located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, 200, and was arrested in the act of committing a crime as described in paragraph 2, and then spited music with a mobile phone, and spited music with a cellular phone, and spited the music, and spited the music significantly from G during the process of belonging to the E division of the police station located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the extent that the music was not considerably spited. As such, the Defendant committed assault against G, such as spited G’s hand on one occasion while taking a bath to the above circumstances, and slided G with the background leading to B.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the prevention, suppression and investigation of police officers' crimes.
