1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 40,000,000 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from October 7, 2015 to August 11, 2016.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On June 23, 2014, B entered into a fishery personnel safety mutual aid agreement with the Defendant from June 23, 2014 to June 23, 2015, wherein the period of mutual aid between the Defendant and the beneficiary from June 23, 2014, B and B as their spouse, and the beneficiary from the death of B were designated as the Plaintiff, and the Defendant would pay KRW 91,200 per month to the Defendant with the mutual aid premium.

Article 14 of the Terms and Conditions of Mutual Aid, the defendant shall pay the beneficiary (subject to mutual Aid) the mutual aid fund (referred to the attached Table 1) to the beneficiary when any of the following causes occurs:

1. When the beneficiary (person subject to mutual aid) dies from a disaster during the period of mutual aid: Bereaved family consolation benefits (hereinafter referred to as "bereaved benefits" in attached Table 1); when the beneficiary (person subject to mutual aid) dies from a disaster during the period of mutual aid; KRW 50 million; when the beneficiary (person subject to mutual aid) dies from a disaster during the period of mutual aid; when the beneficiary (person subject to mutual aid) dies from a disaster during the period of mutual aid: 10 million won;

1. The term "disaster during fisheries operations" means a disaster during fisheries operations as set out in the "Scope of Separate Fisheries Operations";

Added “Scope of Fishery Business”

1."Fishing operations" means operations aiming at fishing and falling under either of the following:

Work incidental to the capture or gathering of marine animals or plants;

(b) Work incidental to cultivating marine animals or plants;

2.Notwithstanding subparagraph 1, the following matters in this Agreement shall not constitute fishery operations:

Work following the raising of ornamental water in a store;

(b) works incidental to illegal fisheries;

3. To employ commercial workers who have directly captured, collected, or cultivated marine products in accordance with items of subparagraph 1 as their main raw materials.
