1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) On October 10, 2003, the Plaintiff entered into a mutual aid agreement with the Defendant, a mutual aid business entity, as specified below (hereinafter “instant mutual aid agreement”).

The issues of mutual aid agreement were concluded. The items of mutual aid agreement: B (Modification: C) mutual aid period: October 10, 2003 to October 9, 2013: the mutual aid agreement party and mutual aid recipient: the Plaintiff’s beneficiary: D (the Plaintiff’s father)’s father)’s terms and conditions of mutual aid agreement (including the contents of security) of the instant mutual aid agreement, and the contents of this case are as follows:

3. When the beneficiary becomes a disability of class II in the disability classification table due to a direct cause of a disaster during the mutual aid period: Medical treatment annuities shall be paid.

4. When the beneficiary becomes disabled in Grades III through VI in the disability classification table due to the direct cause of the disaster during the mutual aid period: Granting mutual aid money for the disaster disability.

5. If the beneficiary is living until the expiration of the period of mutual aid: the beneficiary of the disaster pension benefits of KRW 10,000,000 has died as a direct cause of a disaster during the period of mutual aid, where the details of the payment (based on the details of security) of the grounds for mutual aid payment (related to Article 13 of the main contract) specified in the table of standards for payment of mutual aid money (based on the contents of security) and the amount of mutual aid money for death has been paid, the beneficiary of the disaster pension benefits of KRW 10,00 has
