1. The plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The parties concerned are the parents of C who died and were the deceased’s heir, and the Defendant is the insurer who concluded an insurance contract with the deceased C.

B. On March 29, 2010, the network C entered into an insurance contract between the Defendant and the Defendant’s insurance contract and the Defendant, with the beneficiary C and the beneficiary at the time of death as a statutory heir, and entered into an insurance contract of “(non-) besast mutual-aid 2” with the beneficiary

(2) The insurance contract of this case includes a special agreement on accident guarantee (hereinafter “instant special agreement”) that shall pay insurance proceeds of KRW 50,000,000 at the time of the death of a disaster.

C. Article 10 of the relevant provisions of the Special Terms and Conditions of the Insurance Contract of this case provides for the type of and grounds for payment for the Mutual Aid Fund. The Nonghyup shall pay the Mutual Aid Fund (attached Table 1) agreed upon to the beneficiary of the Mutual Aid Fund (beneficiary) when any of the following causes occurs to the beneficiary of the Mutual Aid Fund (beneficiary) during the mutual Aid Period of this Special Terms and Conditions.

Where the aggregate disability payment rate of various physical parts is at least 80% due to the same disaster in the table of disability classification (see attached Table 4): the provisions of Article 15 of the Mutual Aid Fund Agreement and the special agreement for the management of organizations shall apply mutatis mutandis 1. Matters not stipulated in this special agreement shall be governed by the provisions of the main contract;

(2) If a special agreement for group handling has been added to a master agreement, the provisions of the special agreement for group handling shall also apply mutatis mutandis to such special agreement.

Article 18 of the General Terms and Conditions of the Insurance Contract of this case (the General Terms and Conditions of the Insurance Contract of this case) (1) When the grounds for exemption from the payment of the mutual aid fund or the mutual aid fund arise in any of the following cases, the Agricultural Cooperatives may terminate this contract with the absence of the mutual aid fund or exemption from the payment of the mutual aid fund.
