A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Defendant
In May 28, 2009, the applicant for medical treatment and custody (hereinafter referred to as the "defendant") was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Incheon District Court on May 28, 2009 and completed the execution of the sentence in Busan Correctional Institution on May 4, 2010, and is not the handler for narcotics.
1. Sale and purchase of a champopon (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as "philopon");
A. On July 201, 201, the Defendant sold approximately 0.07 gramphonephones, psychotropic drugs, to D, who were parked on the road front of the Dong-gu High Bus Terminal located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-dong, Daegu-dong, for 100,000 won.
B. On August 201, 201, the Defendant sold approximately 0.3g of philophonephones contained in plastic bags to the said D in front of the Dongdong-gu, Daegu, Daegu, for 300,000 won.
C. On October 14, 201, at around 02:10, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 300,000,000 from E the purchase price of philopon on the side of the road adjacent to the Daegu Northern-gu Highway; and (b) sold approximately 0.3g of philopon to the said E.

5. In the Defendant’s car parked in front of the Fl. Fl. F.C. F., the Defendant sold to G about five grams of philophonephones contained in vinyl paper at KRW 1.8 million.
E. On July 6, 2012, around 05:00, the Defendant issued to I about 0.09g hamphones, and sold 200,000 won of hamphones after having received hamphones from the said I.
F. On July 6, 2012, at around 20:30, the Defendant sold approximately 0.7 gramphonephones contained in the first floor of the J Hospital in Daegu-gu to the said G at KRW 400,000,000.
G. At around 13:00 on July 7, 2012, the Defendant sold approximately 1.2g of philophones contained in vinyl to the said G at KRW 9.50,000.
H. On July 13, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 21:10, 201 HE 503, and (b) from the said I to the HE 503.
