Punishment of the crime

On July 7, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Incheon District Court on July 7, 2010 and completed the enforcement of the sentence on February 26, 2012 and is not a narcotics handler.

1. On March 19, 2012, the Defendant granted approximately 0.05g of psychotropic drugs-related Mespons (one philopopon; hereinafter “philopon”) to D in the vicinity of the C Hospital located in Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si.

2. On March 22, 2012, around 22:30, the Defendant sold approximately KRW 0.7g of 17:00,000 from G to D out of approximately 4,00,00 in the vicinity of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E, Nam-gu, Incheon, for approximately KRW 4,00,00,00 from G, in the middle of the same month.

3. On April 2012, at around 22:30, the Defendant sold approximately KRW 0.7g of the foregoing penphone to D at the guest room in the Nam-gu Incheon Nam-gu Hmophone.

4. On April 22:30, 2012, the Defendant sold approximately KRW 0.7g of the foregoing penphones to D at the guest room located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Hemocomel room at KRW 500,000.

5. On May 2012, at around 22:30, the Defendant sold approximately KRW 0.7g of the foregoing penphone to D at the guest room in the Nam-gu Incheon Nam-gu Hmotour room.

6. On May 22:30, 2012, the Defendant sold approximately KRW 0.7g of the foregoing penphone to D at the guest room in the Nam-gu Incheon Nam-gu Hmotour care room at KRW 300,000.

7. On June 2012, at around 22:30, the Defendant sold approximately KRW 0.7g of the foregoing penphone to D at the guest room in the Nam-gu Incheon Nam-gu Hmophone.

8. On June 23, 2012, around 23:00, the Defendant entered approximately 0.1g of the instant oponphones in two 0.05g of the instant oponphones at the hub point of the trade name of Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City I, and then delivered them free of charge to J and D, respectively.

9. On June 22, 2012, around 22:00, the Defendant purchased KRW 2 million from G at the guest room in the Nam-gu Incheon Nam-gu Hmoel, Incheon, and at around 19:00 in the order of the same month, from Nam-gu, Incheon to KRW 2 million.
