On January 10, 2012, the Defendant received KRW 800,000 from C to the Agricultural Cooperative (E) account in the above name D, and on January 10, 2012, at around 23:10, the Defendant traded philphones by delivering approximately 0.75 gramlopphones contained in the transparent plastic sealing log to the said C within the passenger car parked on the street at the entrance of the G Stung-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, located on the street.

3.
