A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 26, 2012, the Defendant forged private documents: D in the column for application classification “U Internet, UWi-Fi 100, U.S. 070, UTV,” “E” in the name column, “F” and “F” in the resident registration number column, “F” and “F” in the U Internet fee system column; “F” in the U Internet fee system column; “three years” in the U Internet agreement period column; “HD Li-Fi-high-class rental agreement column” and “three years”; and “HD” and “three years” and “three years” in the schedule column for application form for LGU service.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged the LGU service application form in the name of E, a private document on rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant, at the time, and at the place specified in paragraph 1, submitted one copy of the forged LGU service application form to H as if it were duly prepared.

3. The Defendant, as described in paragraphs 1, 1, and 2, committed as if E applied for a service, submitted a copy of the LGU service application application to H to the victim LGU service applicant.

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay user fees, even if he was admitted to the Internet under the name of E.

As such, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim company; (b) obtained a new global merchandise coupon in an amount equivalent to KRW 130,000 from the victim company on April 2, 2012; (c) did not use Internet services, etc. from April 28, 2012 to July 31, 2012; and (d) obtained a total amount of KRW 825,548 from the victim company and acquired financial benefits, thereby defrauding KRW 95,548.
