Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2015 Highest 2834] On 2009, the Defendant: (a) stated that “a person engaged in mobile phone telecommunications sales business, a certified copy of resident registration, a certificate of personal seal impression, etc., to allow him/her to engage in mobile phone telecommunications sales business; and (b) prevented the Defendant from committing the following crimes.”
1. On the date of 2009, the Defendant entered the name and resident registration number of M in the summary of the customer information column of the summary of the application for an online Samsung Card, after having access to the Samsung Card website by using a computer without authority for the purpose of exercising it at an influence location on the date of 2009.

2. Forgery of private documents and the uttering of a falsified investigation document;
A. On June 1, 201, the Defendant forged a service application form, and the event event Defendant entered in the applicant column for LGU service application form “name: name, resident registration number:O and place: PPP in Gyeonggi-do, and signed M in the applicant column.”
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the defendant has forged one copy of a private document, which is a private document related to rights and obligations, and has forged a service application to a person in charge of LGU who is not aware of the fact.
