A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On September 2012, the Defendant received psychotropic drugs from F by receiving approximately 0.1g of psychotropic drugs from F’s Metropha (copon “copon”; hereinafter “copon”) on the street near East-gu, East-do, East-si, 2012.

2. On November 24, 2015, the Defendant received psychotropic drugs by receiving from F 0.5 grams 0.5 grams from H Hospital in front of the H Hospital G at the Government-si, on a free basis.

3. At around 21:00 on the same day as the above 2nd day, the Defendant administered psychotropic drugs at the “J” office operated by the Defendant in Yangju-si, by inserting approximately 0.1gg of sulphonephones, such as the above 2nd day, into a single-use injection machine, dilution with raw water, and dilution into the Defendant’s bridge on the Defendant’s bridge.

4. At around 21:00 on November 25, 2015, the Defendant administered psychotropic drugs by inserting approximately 0.1g of the dialphones, such as the foregoing paragraph 2, into a single-use injection machine, dilution with bio-treatment, and injection into the Defendant’s sridge on the Defendant’s bridge.

5. At around 21:00 on November 26, 2015, the Defendant administered psychotropic drugs at the same place as above 3, by inserting approximately 0.1gg of sponphones, such as the foregoing 2, into a single-use injection machine, dilution with raw water, and dilution into the Defendant’s sponine on the Defendant’s bridge.
