Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The evidence provided for in subparagraphs 1 through 3 shall be confiscated from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On February 2, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. in the Youngcheon District Court’s Young-gu Branch’s Monthly Support, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 17, 2018.

On March 12, 2019, the Defendant purchased and sold 400,000 won of philophones, including 0.8g philophones, from G street in F in the permanent residence of Gyeongbuk-si.

E. On May 11, 2019, at around 22:00, the Defendant purchased and sold phiphonephones by receiving approximately four g of diaphones from the J using a high-speed bus freight system at around 09:00 on the following day.

2. On April 27, 2019, the Defendant provided a philophone with a paper bag containing approximately 0.05 g of philophone to D at the front parking lot located in K at the permanent residence of North Korea.

3. On May 12, 2019, the suspect who administered philophones shall include approximately 0.03g of philophones in the toilet located in the Npark M of Busan Metropolitan City on May 11, 2019.
