Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 5,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 3,000,000, respectively.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
From January 2009, H (State) from around H (State) served as the head of the J Repair Work site in which H (A) subcontracted from the LA and the head of the safety division at the K K-factory site from August 2009. Defendant B served as the head of the same site from January 2009 to the same site site.
1. Defendant A: (a) on May 1, 2009, at the J Repair Work Site Office, which was subcontracted by H in Mayang-si L in Mayang-si L, and (b) on the list of claims for labor expenses for daily use, from April 1, 2009, by the F.
4. From May 21, 2009, 200 won was transferred from the 37.3 day to the 87.3 day of the unit price of labor cost to the H (H) head office with the approval of Defendant B, who is the site warden, and then, he received the total amount of KRW 6,951,100 won from the F to the head office of the company bank (N) in the name of the F (the account number: N) around May 21, 2009, and immediately withdrawn from the F to the head office of the Tong of the Bank (the account number: N) under the name of daily labor cost, as well as immediately received the transfer from the F to the head office A, as shown in the list of crimes (1) at least three times, from August 14, 2009.
2. Defendant A, on June 15, 2009, at the J Repair Work Site Office, which was subcontracted by H in Mayang-si L, a party to the dispute settlement agreement, and G from June 15, 2009 to the list of claims for labor expenses for daily use.
6. Until 30.30, 30,00 won per 80,00 won per 16-day unit price per 16-day, stating as if he had committed an act, and then filed a claim for personnel expenses with the headquarters of H (State) with the approval of the head office B at the site site, and then he received from the employees M of the personnel in charge of the accounting to transfer KRW 1,234,00 for daily labor expenses from G to the head office of G (Account Number:O) around July 31, 2009, and August 14, 2009, he/she received KRW 1,234,000 for daily labor expenses, and then immediately withdrawn in cash, as shown in (2) the list of crimes in the attached Table (2) from March 15, 2010 to the total nine times.
3. On June 2010, the Defendants were at the construction site of the five small-scale factory subcontracted by H(ju) in Mayang-si L, which was subcontracted by I.
