A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who has violated the Road Traffic Act (measures to be Taken after an accident) is driving a rash vehicle B.

At around 23:30 on January 21, 2016, the Defendant continued to drive the front road C from the direction of the intersection to the direction of the direction of the intersection.

In such cases, a driver of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents, such as taking the front door and left door well, accurately manipulating the steering direction and brake system, etc.

Nevertheless, while under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant was negligent in driving along the central separation zone set up in the center of the above road as the front part of the car of the Defendant.

Ultimately, even though the Defendant destroyed the above central separation zone by negligence in the course of business so that it can lead to the repair cost, and the fugitives caused by the above accident were scattered on the road, the Defendant left away without immediately stopping and taking necessary measures.

2. On January 21, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) driving on the B racing vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance without obtaining a driver’s license at a section of about 500 meters from the front of the Do Government-si to the place specified in paragraph (1).

3. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, at around 23:30 on January 21, 2016, the Defendant operated a rash car not covered by mandatory insurance at the place specified in Paragraph 1.
