1. 1. On May 31, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Busan District Court on May 31, 2013, and was prosecuted on May 19, 2014 by Busan District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in Busan District Court’s branch, and is currently under trial.

On May 14, 2014, the Defendant, without a driver’s license around 23:30 on May 14, 2014, driven BSP drive a motor vehicle at approximately KRW 1km from the front of the center located in the Siri-gu, Busan, through the influence of alcohol level of 0.096%.
