Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 80,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was elected as a candidate for the election of the president of the NAFF in the first election of the president of the NAFF on March 11, 2015.

Although an election campaign can be limited to only one day from the day following the deadline for the registration of candidates to the day before the election day, the defendant, at the office of the defendant, around 06:30 on March 11, 2015, the election day, at the office of the defendant, at E and 301, made a telephone to F, who is a member of the union, and made a telephone to G, who is a member of the union, at the same place at around 06:40, and carried out an election campaign at a time other than the election period.
