A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was engaged in an election campaign for E in the first election for the head of the Korea-U.S. A.D. cooperative's election for the first time with a candidate for the head of the Korea-U.S. A.D. cooperative's election for E and senior.

1. On January 13, 2015, the Defendant provided KRW 600,000,000, totaling KRW 12,000,00, to the 50,000 won, by leaving G (tentative name), a member of the DF, who was a member of the DF, for the purpose of winning the above E in the FF road on one’s own c.m. vehicle.

As a result, the defendant provided money to the elector for the purpose of election campaign, and carried out an election campaign to get candidates E to be elected for a period other than the election campaign period.

On February 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) loaded I, a member of the DF, in his/her own vehicle, with the intention of winning the above E at a public health clinic MH M in the Gu, Si, Si, si, Si, Si, si, and provided I with a total of KRW 300,000 won worth of KRW 50,000,000, 300,000 for whom any one is the head of the association.”

As a result, the defendant provided money to the elector for the purpose of election campaign, and carried out an election campaign to get candidates E to be elected for a period other than the election campaign period.
