A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six years.

Punishment of the crime

On June 12, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to five years of imprisonment with prison labor due to a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Rape, etc. in Residence) in the Suwon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the former prison on June 11, 2016.

1. Where personal information submitted to a police agency is changed to a person subject to registration of personal information due to a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (compliance with confidentiality, etc.), the defendant is obligated to submit the reason therefor and the changed personal information to the head of a police agency having jurisdiction over his/her domicile or residence within 20 days from the date on which the change in

Nevertheless, on March 2, 2017, the Defendant failed to submit the changed personal information (actual residence) to the head of the police office having jurisdiction over the residence without justifiable grounds until May 14, 2017, even though the actual place of residence was changed to 204, Pyeongtaek-si Dtel 204.

2. On May 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 03:30 on May 5, 2017, at the victim I’s place of residence where Htel 202 was located; (b) the Defendant: (c) opened a rail of the first floor of the instant officetel; (d) opened a window not corrected by the shock network and the corrective network under 202; and (e) put the upper and upper body into the said 202 unit.

Accordingly, the defendant entered a chip to the victim's residence.

3. The Defendant attempted robbery, at around 22:00 on May 12, 2017, in order to drive away women who are mixed at the 1st floor parking lot of the Dtel in Ansan-si, in an attempt to forcibly take money and valuables, and in the coloring the object of crime, the Defendant confirmed the victim E (the 20-year-old) who resides in the same building and entered the 1st floor door of the instant officetel in the same building, and entered the entrance with the victim after driving away the victim, and reported that the victim gets on board the elevator with the victim to take the 3th floor of the elevator, and then cut off the 4th floor pressing, and then the elevator gets off the victim's head with the left hand after the victim tried to get out of the 3rd floor.
