On December 15, 2015, the Defendant submitted to the head of the competent police office, “New Personal Information Submission Statement” prepared as follows: (a) the resident registration address of Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) D apartment house 105 Dong 105 Dong 105 Dong 105 Dong 105, mobile phone; (c) occupation “free on duty”; and (d) the registration number of the owned vehicle “ma” in the Seoul House; and (b) around January 8, 2016, the Defendant released from the Seoul House to the Busan House for relocation to the “Seoul E, E, 504” and was actually residing in the said domicile; and (c) even though personal information submitted as above was changed, the Defendant did not submit personal information, such as the resident registration address, actual place of residence, contact address; and (d) the changed registration number of the vehicle owned, to the head of the competent police office.
