A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On April 7, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a crime of inhaleing hallucinogenic substances in violation of the Chemicals Control Act at the Daegu District Court on April 7, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Daegu Prison on November 9, 2017.

[Criminal facts]

1. Where a person subject to registration of personal information has changed his/her address, actual place of residence, etc. which is the basic personal information already submitted, he/she shall submit the reason and details of change to the head of a police office having jurisdiction over his/her domicile within 20 days from the date on which the reason and change occur;

On December 19, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to three years to imprisonment with prison labor for an attempt to commit a sexual crime and a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and Protection, etc. of Victims (special rape) in the Daegu District Court Support on December 19, 2008, and became subject to registration of personal information on July 3, 2014.

Nevertheless, despite the fact that the defendant was living together with the wife C on February 1, 2018 and the actual place of residence was changed to D, Dong-si, 102 Dong 1303, the defendant did not submit the change of personal information to the head of the police office having jurisdiction over the domicile within 20 days without justifiable grounds.

2. On March 11, 2018, from around 10:15 to around 10:20 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) came into the F and 2nd floor of the victim E’s residence; (b) opened a door door with the open door, which was not corrected by the second floor; and (c) intruded into the house; and (d) cut off the door door owned by the victim and its inner part; and (d) cut off the door door in the inner door of the inner door of the inner door of the inner door of the inner door, with a 380,000 won in cash, 7.9 million won, three copies of credit cards, three copies of resident registration certificates, and two copies of the resident registration certificates sealed on the Defendant’s upper part.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and stolen the victim's property.

3. Any person who violates the Chemicals Control Act shall cause smoking, hallucination, or anesthesia;
