Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 21, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment by the Daegu District Court due to a violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (e.g., deceptive scheme). The judgment became final and conclusive on February 4, 2014, and became a person subject to registration of personal information.

1. Where basic personal information, such as address and actual place of residence, is changed due to a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes due to the failure to submit changed personal information, a person subject to registration shall submit the reason and details of such change to the head of a police agency having jurisdiction over his/her domicile within 20 days from the date

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not submit the changed information to the head of the police office having jurisdiction over the domicile until the lapse of 20 days from the date on November 20, 2016, when he was working as a “D” seafarer in the President of the Ba-gu, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.

B. Nevertheless, the Defendant did not submit the changed information to the head of the police office having jurisdiction over the domicile until the lapse of 20 days, despite the fact that the Defendant was a director of Daegu Northern-gu E and 101 on August 22, 2017 and the actual place of residence was changed.

2. Where a person subject to registration of new information submits basic personal information, he/she shall have the head of a police agency having jurisdiction over his/her domicile appear at the police agency having jurisdiction over his/her domicile from the following year to December 31 of each year and store and keep in electronic form his/her permanent state, left-hand side, the right-hand side, the upper half of his/her body and the photo of a telegraphic body.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not appear at a police office having jurisdiction over the domicile until December 31, 2017 of the following year after the Defendant taken the first photograph at the police station in Gyeonggi-do on February 21, 2016.
