A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

1,070,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant handled Metepha (copon, hereinafter “copon”) which is a local mental medicine as follows.

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. On July 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) asked C to seek opphones; (b) remitted KRW 2.80,000 to C’s Saemaul Treasury account; (c) transferred KRW 430,000 to D’s Nonghyup Bank account (E) around 04:57 on the same day; (d) sent approximately KRW 4.35,000 of opphones from G located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City F on the same day to I in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon; (c) sent approximately 0.35 g of opphones by means of high-speed bus freight in Seo-gu, Incheon; and (d) the Defendant claimed opphones from the above I on the same day.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with C to purchase philophones.

B. The Defendant purchased phiphones from D along with C, and subsequently paid the phiphones to C later.

Con July 24, 2017, around 08:01, remitted 2.30,000 won of philopon to the Nong Bank account in the name of D, and D sent approximately 0.35 g of philopon using philopon freight in the same manner as above, and the Defendant found the philopon from I to philopon on the same day.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with C to purchase philophones.

On February 19, 2018, the Defendant asked C to request writingphones, and wired KRW 415,000 to the Saemaul Treasury account in the name of C. C. On the same day, C transferred KRW 4.10,000 to the said Nonghyup Bank account in the name of D around 03:53 on the same day. D sent approximately 0.7 g of writingphones using high-speed bus luggages in the same manner as above, and the Defendant sought handphones from I on the same day.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with C to purchase philophones.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On July 22, 2017, around 17:00, the Defendant put K Mobel 309 located in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju into a single-use injection machine approximately 0.03g of opphones into a single-use injection machine, and melted into water.
