1. The Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

2.Provided, That with respect to Defendant B and C, the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants, although they were not entitled to handle narcotics, dealt with marijuana as follows.

1. Defendant A

A. On July 4, 2012, from around 21:00 to 23:00, the Defendant received a request from F to receive the hemp from F in the mutual infaculation located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E, and received the request from F to receive the hemp, the same month.

5. At around 01:00, at the residence of H, received approximately 15g of the hemp plant from H, at the residence of H in G.

B. The defendant, who was parked in the above H's residential area near the above temporary border, set the defendant's franchise within TG car, and F above.

As stated in paragraph (1), approximately 5g of the hemp plant, among the hemp plants, was issued in a way of drying.

C. On July 5, 2012, the Defendant was above the Defendant around 01:10.

H’s residential path, such as paragraph H, above A.

As described in the port, approximately 0.5g of the hemp plant 0.5g, fested from H, was smoked by inserting them in a pipe of tobacco, attaching a string with a smoke by a string. D.

At around 23:00 on August 2012, the Defendant delivered approximately 0.5g of marijuana to F without compensation at the first parking lot in Gui-si, Gui-si, Gui-si.

E. The Defendant above D.

c) at the time of entry in the subsection above;

In the same manner as this paragraph, approximately 0.5g of the hemp plant was smoked.

F. At around 05:00 on October 24, 2012, the Defendant purchased 30,000 won of the hemp plant price from H, and purchased 30,000 won of the hemp plant price from H, which was fested into a paper.

G. On February 2013, the Defendant delivered approximately 1g of marijuana to B, on the front day of the lodging at the K Construction site located in the J of Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, on the last day of February 2013.

H. The Defendant is above C at the time and place indicated in the above G.C.

In the same manner as this paragraph, approximately 0.5g of the hemp plant was smoked.

I. On February 1, 2013, the Defendant delivered approximately 0.5g of the hemp plant to C, at around 19:00 South-si L, 101 East-dong 404, on the date of the lower order.

(j) The defendant is the above person.

D. 0.5g of the hemp plant at the time and place specified in the port.

in such a manner as provided in subsection (1).
