A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the above fine is not paid, one million won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 12:50 on September 25, 2014, the Defendant, while drunkd in D’s front way in the Sinmi Sin Sin Sin Sinsi, was under dispute with the workplace fare. On September 25, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was the police officer belonging to the police box of the old police station, who was called upon 112, and called out after receiving the 112 report, and was removed from F; (b) was tightly sealed with F with his head and chest; and (c) was faced with F’s loss on the front side of the signboard where he was carrying his hand; and (d) the victim F (28 years of age) was faced with F’s loss for about 8 weeks of medical treatment.
