A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The evidence seized shall be confiscated from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

가. 필로폰 매매 및 수수 (1) 피고인은 2014. 3. 22.경에서 같은 달 23.경 사이 인천 중구 샛골로41번길 22 시립도원수영장 부근 골목길에서, D으로부터 현금 20만 원을 받고 향정신성의약품인 메스암페타민(이하 ‘필로폰’이라 한다) 약 0.18g이 들어있는 일회용 주사기 1개를 교부하여 필로폰을 매매하였다.

(2) On April 2014, the Defendant: (a) provided D with a single folder with approximately 0.1g of philopon from the alleyway near the 1313-16 new flag market, Nam-gu, Incheon; and (b) provided D with a single philopon free of charge, and received philopon.

(3) On May 2014, the Defendant purchased and sold philophones by receiving KRW 100,000 in cash from D and delivering approximately 0.14 g of philophones.

(4) On June 12, 2014, the Defendant purchased and sold philophones by receiving KRW 100,000 in cash from D and delivering approximately 0.12 g of philophones.

(5) On July 8, 2014, the Defendant: (a) delivered one part of a single-use injection device containing approximately 0.1g of philopon to D in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City G apartment at around 102 ophones; and (b) received and delivered a philopon.

B. (1) On July 2014, the Defendant injected a philophone (1) with a philoon medication in the Seocho-gu Incheon Metropolitan City (hereinafter “I”), divers containing approximately 0.05g of philophones, divers into a philophone, and divers containing approximately 0.05g of philophones, divers into his arms and administered philophones.

(2) On July 15, 2014, the Defendant, at public toilets located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Cheongnam-dong 451, contained approximately 0.05 g of phiphonephones, dumped philophones, and administered philophones by injection into his arms blood cells.

C. On July 16, 2014, the Defendant possessing phiphonephones, Incheon around 17:15.
