A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

가. 필로폰 매매 및 수수 (1) 피고인은 2014. 3. 22.경에서 같은 달 23. 저녁시간 경 사이 인천 중구 샛골로41번길 22 시립도원수영장 부근 골목길에서, C에게 현금 20만 원을 주고 향정신성의약품인 메스암페타민(이하 ‘필로폰’이라 한다) 약 0.18g이 들어있는 일회용 주사기 1개를 건네받아 필로폰을 매수하였다.

(2) On March 24, 2014, after the building of the E funeral hall located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the Defendant issued a single philopon, which contains approximately 0.1g of philopon 0.18g, purchased, such as the foregoing paragraph (1), to accomplice F, and received philopon.

(3) On April 2014, the Defendant received philophones from C for a single-time injection device containing approximately 0.1g of philophones, in the alleyway near H market located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Seoul, and received philophones without compensation.

(4) On May 29, 2014, the Defendant purchased philophonephones by taking up one cash 100,000 won and a single philophone 14g containing approximately 0.14g of philophones in front of soup set set-up in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City I.

(5) On May 29, 2014, the Defendant: (a) on the K Twitler vehicle parked adjacent to the Jung-gu Incheon Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Incheon, 290 Y-gu, 165 Y-gu, and received cash KRW 100,000,000 from F and sold a single philopon with approximately KRW 0.1g of approximately 0.14 g of a philopon purchased, such as the foregoing paragraph (4).

(6) On June 12, 2014, the Defendant, after making soup, set soup and making soup in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City I, purchased a philopon by taking up one cash 100,000 won with approximately 0.12 g of philopon.

(7) On June 12, 2014, the Defendant is near the Incheon subway Station, which is located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.
