Defendant
A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of ten months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On May 16, 2013, Defendant A sentenced Defendant A to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at the Incheon District Court on May 16, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence on December 11, 2014.
【Criminal Facts】
Even if the Defendants were not narcotics handlers, they dealt with the psychotropic drugs (one philophone; hereinafter “philophone”) as follows.
1. Defendant A
A. On April 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased KRW 300,00 from B in front of the house in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon; and (b) purchased and sold a single philopon with approximately 0.8g of philopon to B; (b) around 09:00 on June 8, 2015, the Defendant provided G with a single philopon with approximately 0.3g of philopon free of charge.
3) At around 05:00 on August 8, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 300,000 from B around the house of Seo-gu Incheon E and 302, and purchased and sold a day-to-day philopon from B, which contains approximately 0.8g of philopon. 4) On August 10, 2015, the Defendant purchased and sold a day-to-day philopon from B, which received KRW 300,00 from B, located in H in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and purchased a day-to-day philopon from B, which purchased approximately 0.8g of philopon.
5) On August 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 01:00, at the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City J, received 2.10,000 won from K and traded phiphones after obtaining 10g of phiphones contained in a vinyl paper; (b) around 04:00 on August 18, 2015, the Defendant first received 100,000 won out of 300,000 won of phiphones from I located in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and then purchased phiphones from B to receive 200,000 won later; and (c) purchased phiphones with approximately 0.8g of phiphones.
B. On August 18, 2015, the Defendant, who administered philophones, added a diversative injection machine containing approximately 0.07 g of philophones L 110 in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City around August 21, 2015, into the following arms.
