1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff is an educational foundation that operates the Dong National University.

The supplementary intervenor was newly appointed as an associate professor in the Department of C of the University at the Dong University on March 1, 2008, and was promoted to the associate professor on September 1, 2009, and became the expiration of the term on August 31, 2015.

B. On April 21, 2015, the president of the East National University notified the Intervenor of whether the Intervenor’s appointment period expires on August 31, 2015. Around that time, the Intervenor’s thesis “D” is intended to be published in the school journal F published by the E Association on September 15, 2015 and the Intervenor’s thesis “G” is intended to be published in the school journal F published by H on June 30, 2015.

C. The head of the Dong National University B University concluded that the publication results of the supplementary intervenor’s thesis publication results and research creation standards cannot be included in the examination for reappointment, among the thesis publication plans submitted by supplementary intervenors according to the results of the deliberation by the teachers’ personnel committee of the B College, which were submitted by supplementary intervenors, and that the publication results of the thesis publication cannot be included in the examination for reappointment. The results of the deliberation were sent to the president of the Dong National University.

The president of the East National University notified the Intervenor of his/her assistant to give him/her an opportunity to vindicate his/her case.

On June 16, 2015, the Intervenor submitted a thesis publication scheduled certificate (hereinafter “certificate of scheduled publication”) and a thesis publication scheduled to be published on August 30, 2015 on the “O” of the academic journal published by the Plaintiff’s thesis “J” (hereinafter “L”) and “M” of the academic journal published by the Nscience.
