1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff is a school foundation that operates C University, etc.

B. The Intervenor joining the Defendant (hereinafter “Supplementary Intervenor”) was appointed as a associate professor at C University on September 1, 2007, and was reappointed on September 1, 2010 (term of office from September 1, 2010 to August 31, 2016), and served as C University Law School (hereinafter “Special School of Law”) as an associate professor at C University (hereinafter “Special School of Law”).

C. On April 6, 2016, the president of Cuniversity notified the Intervenor of the submission of an application for reappointment, and the Intervenor applied for reappointment.

On May 11, 2016, the former Review Committee for Appointment of Faculty Members at Law School (hereinafter referred to as the "Review Committee for Appointment of Faculty Members at Law School") calculated the review score for reappointment as 50 points for supplementary participants, and reviewed that the number of supplementary participants is less than 60 points, which are the requirements for appointment under Article 32 (1) of the Rules for Appointment of Faculty Members at C University.
