The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The charges charged by the Defendant (34 years of age) and the victim B (34 years of age) are the persons who teach for about one year.

On April 13, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 23:00, on the ground that the victim was not a man of another male, she saw 302 of the Dong-gu Daejeon, Daejeon, on the ground that the victim was not a man of another male; (b) took a bath, such as clock, knb, hacked by hand; (c) took the head from 3 to 4 times by hand; (d) took the head from knb on the wall to knb knb; and (e) assaulted the left part at one time by taking the knb knb.

2. Determination:

(a) Crimes of non-compliance with an intention: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;

B. The victim’s expression of intent not to punish the victim: Oct. 7, 2016, after the institution of the instant indictment.
