The punishment of the accused shall be three years.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of four years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 30, 1986, the Defendant married with C, and divorced on February 2006, while married with C, and at around September 2015, C was dissatisfied with the idea that he was not in a de facto marital relationship with other male.
