Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On July 13, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Southern District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 8, 2016. On October 27, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to nine months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Cheongju District Court on October 27, 2017, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 4, 2017.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant is not a narcotics handler

1. Sale and purchase of Metephographs (the clopon (the copon, the copon; the hereinafter referred to as the copon);

A. On January 2016, the Defendant sold 0.3g of philophonephones contained in plastic bags after receiving KRW 400,000 from D’ E’, which was operated by D in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, and selling 0.3g of philophones.

B. At the end of January 2016, the Defendant sold 0.3g philophones in plastic bags after receiving KRW 400,000 from G Bank located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, and selling 0.3g philophones in plastic bags.

On February 2, 2016, the Defendant sold 0.3g of philophones contained in plastic bags after receiving KRW 400,000 from the above D from the first patrolman, and sold 0.3g of philophones in plastic bags.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On January 2016, the Defendant: (a) laid down the barphone in the “E” bulletin as indicated in the foregoing paragraph 1, along with the said D and H, with the string in a gambling place; and (b) string the steam from the string machine of philophones by heating it with the string machine of philophones, administered philophones by a method of drinking the steam from the steam.

B. On February 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened the trade influence room in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul; (b) opened the instant D and H to the gambling room; and (c) opened the philophones by heating the string machine with the stringer, and administered the philophones by drinking the steam from the string machine of philophones.
