Punishment of the crime

[2019 Highest 2370] Defendant A entered the Republic of Korea on July 15, 2014 as an Thailand and the period of stay expires on October 13 of the same year, and is currently being illegally staying until now, and is not a narcotics handler.

1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;

A. On September 2016, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 100,000 from E (the first name “F”) who is the seat of the mother State of Thai-gun; and (b) sold a penphone, a psychotropic drug, with approximately 0.125g g of psychotropic drugs (the first name “philopon”; hereinafter “philopon”).

B. At around 13:00 at the end of April 2017, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 100,000 from the above “F” at the Defendant’s accommodation located in Seongbuk-gun G in Seongbuk-gun; and (b) sold 0.125 g of philophones, which was put in the large as soon as possible.

C. On April 1, 2019, the Defendant: (a) purchased a penphone with approximately KRW 500,000 in cash from the “I”; and (b) purchased a penphone with approximately KRW 1g of phiphonephones contained in vinyl at the trade name studio parking lot in which one person, who is a woman of the Thai-gun, G, Sung-gun, Seongbuk-gun, the G, in the early P.M., is located; and (c) the Defendant purchased a penphone.

The defendant is a policeman of April 2019.

At the same place as described in the port, one hundred thousand won from the "J", the territory of the Thailand nationality, was received from the said "J", and approximately 0.12 g of the penphones contained in the fleet was sold to the said "J" as soon as possible.

E. The Defendant was a policeman on April 2019.

At the same place as described in the port, I would like to receive KRW 300,000 from K, which is the destination of the Thailand's nationality, and sold 0.36 g of philophones contained in three above K as soon as possible to the above "K."

F. On April 2019, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 200,000 from the “L”, which is the seat of the father’s nationality, in front of the trade name in the south of the Gyeong-gun, Sungbuk-gun; and (b) sold 0.24g of phiphonephones contained in two as soon as possible to the said “L”.

2. On April 30, 2019, the Defendant possessing phiphonephones is promptly on the front side of the Gyeongbuk-gun M, Sung-gun around 14:40 on April 30, 201.
