Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Central District Court on September 18, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Cheongju Women’s Prison on November 17, 2015. On June 1, 2017, the Defendant was detained in the Cheongju District Court on the charge of violation of the Narcotics Control Act and was under trial at the appellate court.
