1. 강제추행 피고인은 2015. 8. 30. 02:30경 안산시 단원구 C에 있는 D주점에서, E을 통해 만나게 된 ‘F’ 일행인 피해자 G(여, 20세),피해자 H(여, 20세) 등과 술을 마시던 중 피해자들을 추행하기로 마음먹고, 피해자 G의 옆자리에 앉아 갑자기 피해자 G의 어깨에 얼굴을 기대고, 목과 허리를 감싸며 쓰다듬다가 팔짱을 끼고, 이후 피해자 H의 옆자리에 앉아 갑자기 피해자 H의 허리를 감싸다가 배를 만지고, 팔을 주무르듯이 만지다가 손을 잡고 끌어당겨 피해자 H의 허벅지 위에 피고인의 손을 올려놓은 후 피해자 H의 등을 손바닥으로 쓰다듬었다.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts by compulsion against the victims.

2.
