A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

1. On the above date, at the above time and place, the injured Defendant inflicted injury on the victim’s left part of the victim H, who fighted with G and his body while fighting, by drinking twice a week, on the part of the above victim H’s left part of a fighting match, and by drinking a knife, flick part of the left part of the knife, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.

Around May 31, 2012, the Defendant filed a complaint with the Ansan Police Station within the jurisdiction of the competent Si/Gun/Gu Office within the jurisdiction of the Si/Gun/Gu Office in Ansan-si, the Defendant: (a) filed a false complaint with the competent Si/Gun/Gu office within the jurisdiction of the Si/Gun/Gu office; and (b) on March 11, 2012, the Defendant filed a false complaint with the public service center to the effect that, under the influence of alcohol at “E” restaurant operated by the Gu in Ansan-gu, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, the Defendant used the Defendant’s wife, by indecent act; and (c) inflicted bodily injury upon H due to drinking, etc. on the same day; (d) however, the Defendant filed a complaint with the Si/Gun/Gu office within the jurisdiction of the public service center to the effect that “self was punished as a crime of false accusation.”

As a result, the defendant was arrested for the purpose of having H receive criminal punishment.
