A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a mobile phone agency in Incheon Gyeyang-gu, and the victim C (V, 27 years old) is a person who was an employee of the above mobile phone agency.

1. On May 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 23:00 on May 1, 2014, the first day of May 2014, and around 23:00, the Defendant was seated in the instant victim’s side at the singing room in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu Office, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, with the victim’s hand; and (b) the bucks and bucks down.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.

3. On June 2014, the Defendant: (a) around early June 2014, at the home of the Gyeyang Police Station in Gyeyang-gu, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon; and (b) at each male and female toilet, the Defendant she saw the victim as the victim and the marier “in fluent fluent flus, youngly flusium” in front of the female toilet.

4. On June 8, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 19:00 on June 8, 2014, at G restaurants located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon; (b) at the bottom of the table, the Defendant did not put the victim’s hand for one time; (c) the victim went out of the table to avoid the sulare; (d) followed the sulare; and (e) the victim sulare and the victim sulare; and (e) after the sulare finished, the Defendant granted the victim’s legs by hand on the back of the back of the sular seat of another employee in order to go back to the house.
