1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The party-related 1) Plaintiff A is a G Hospital located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City F (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”).
A) A person who had been in disc operation at a hospital, the Plaintiff B is the husband of the Plaintiff, and the Plaintiff C is the child of the Plaintiff A. 2) Defendant D is the doctor operating the Defendant Hospital, and Defendant E is the doctor who performed the above operation at the Defendant Hospital.
B. Plaintiff A’s disc disc operation 1) began to undergo medical treatment from around March 2012 to several hospitals, including cryp, and began to undergo medical treatment from June 21, 2012. From Defendant E on July 5, 2012, Plaintiff A started to undergo medical treatment. Defendant E to undergo cryp syp syp syp syp syp syp syp syp syp syp 4 in the Defendant Hospital (hereinafter “instant operation”).
(2) The result of the blood examination of the Plaintiff at the Defendant Hospital from July 5, 2012 to July 14, 2012 is as follows. In the course of the instant surgery, the same was not raised as a result of the examination conducted on July 7, 2012 on the Hague Gambling car (insom) inserted into the Plaintiff A, and the Plaintiff released the Defendant Hospital on July 30, 2012.

C. Plaintiff A, from August 8, 2012 to September 24, 2012, Plaintiff A, etc.: (a) had the cT photographing surgery from 100 to 2000 days; (b) had been conducted in the haleculation department around August 27, 2012; (c) had been conducted in the haleculation department on September 8, 2012; (d) had been conducted the haleculation surgery on September 10, 2012; (e) had been conducted the haleculation surgery, galeculation, and galeculation therapy surgery on September 12, 2012; and (e) had been conducted on September 14, 2012 on September 19, 2012. Plaintiff A received the haleculation surgery, 3-4, 3-5, 3-4, and 4.5.
