1. The plaintiffs' appeals against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of appeal are assessed against the Plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The relationship 1) Defendant E is the “H Hospital” in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government M (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”).
