Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Receipt of marijuana;

A. On November 2014, the Defendant received approximately five grams of marijuana from D in the vicinity of the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Seoul), Hackdong (hereinafter “Seoul”) from D.

B. On May 2015, the Defendant received approximately five grams of marijuana from D in the vicinity of the Jung-gu Seoul Central Government Library, Jung-gu, Seoul.

On September 2016, the Defendant received approximately 0.5g of marijuana from D in the vehicle driven by the Defendant, who was parked near the Seocho-si, Seocho-si.

On September 18, 2016, the Defendant received approximately 0.5g 0.5g of marijuana from the vehicle driven by the Defendant who was parked in the vicinity of Guri-si, Siri-si.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On September 18, 2016, the Defendant: (a) placed about 0.5g of marijuana in a pipe for smoking at the vehicle driven by the Defendant, parked near the Gui-si, Sin-si, Sin-si; (b) smokeed in a way that smokes by attaching a fire.

B. On November 25, 2016, the Defendant, from F in Songpa-gu Seoul around November 25, 2016, stored approximately 0.5g of marijuana in the pipe for smoking in the pipe for smoking, smoked in a way that smokes by attaching a fire with a smoke.

On November 27, 2016, the Defendant: (a) put about approximately 0.5g of marijuana in the pipe for smoking at the G building 206, around G around 2016; and (b) smoked in a way that smokes by attaching a fire.

On November 30, 2016, the Defendant: (a) put about approximately 0.5g of marijuana in a pipe for smoking at the G building 206 at Naju-si; and (b) smoked in a way that smokes by attaching a fire.

3. On December 1, 2016, the Defendant owned, around 17:05, approximately 30.64g of marijuana in boxes placed on the backside of the driver’s seat of the vehicle driven by the Defendant, and around 17:10 on the same day, he/she owned approximately 0.23g of marijuana in the iron box located in the said G building 206, respectively, and owned a total of 30.87gggs.
